Q1: Where does Storkwear get its clothing?
We buy everything new from a variety of vendors located in the U.S. and around the world.
Q2: Is everything Storkwear sends me new?
Some items will be new and some will be gently shared. At Storkwear, we believe the best way to get the most out of our world is to get the most out of the things we use every day. We believe Storkwear can make a difference by allowing our community of parents and caregivers to share the burden of buying, owning, and storing baby clothing.
Q3: What kind of laundry detergent does Storkwear use to wash the clothes?
We use Seventh Generation Natural Laundry Detergent. Created for babies with sensitive skin, it is specifically designed to tackle even the most serious baby stains, while keeping the health and happiness of your child the number one priority. At Storkwear, we make this our number one priority as well.
Q4: What happens to the clothes when Storkwear is done with them?
We love this question! At Storkwear, we are passionate about giving back. To ensure each piece of clothing serves a purpose, we are partnering with communities around the country by donating all of the replaced items. We look forward to providing more information about donations in the future.
Q5: What if one of my Storkwear clothing items gets ruined? Do I have to pay for it?
Don’t worry! Accidents happen. We will not charge for the item as long as it is returned to Storkwear; however, if an item is not returned, Storkwear reserves the right to charge a fee up to $10.00 per item.
Q6: What is a credit?
A credit allows you to receive and send back 20 items from Storkwear. Each month on the date you signed up, you will receive a new credit.
Q7: Do I pay for shipping?
No way! Shipping is included. The pre-paid return shipping label will be included in your monthly shipment, along with a bag to return your items.
Q8: Do I have to sign a contract?
No contracts here! You can cancel anytime. Your subscription will auto-renew every month. If for any reason you want to cancel your subscription, please notify us at support@storkwear.com.
